China has great etiquette, so it is called Xia; There is the beauty of uniforms, which is called Hua. Traditional Chinese clothing is called "Hanfu". Compared with the costumes of ethnic minorities, "Hanfu" is the traditional clothing of the Han people. In the long history, "Hanfu" has gradually become a cultural symbol of the Han nation's self-identity.


Since ancient times, China has been known as "the country of clothing and etiquette". After the Yellow Emperor made clothes, the Zhou metric system ruled the world with Zhou rites, and Hanfu became the carrier of etiquette.


Hanfu culture is the sum of culture that reflects the Confucian ritual dress system, which is reflected through sacrificial clothing, court clothing, official clothing, regular clothing and accessories.

The oracle bone inscription of the garment is the collared garment; Placket, forbidden also, handed over to the front, so forbidden to resist the wind and cold. The clothes consist of nine parts: collar, placket, jacket, 袪 [qū], sleeve, 衿, belt, tie, and 衽.


Hanfu handed over to the right side. The middle seam of the Hanfu is the vertical line in the center of the front and back of the body, symbolizing moderation and integrity.

Hanfu began with the Western Zhou Dynasty's clothing systems, such as clothing, leather 弁 [biàn] clothing, 褘 [huī] clothing, 鞠 [jū] clothing, 袒 [tǎn] clothing, hakama pleats [kù zhě], 襌dān clothing, 褠 [gōu] clothing, 裲裆 [liǎng dāng] and other clothing systems, after thousands of years of inheritance, it has been fully displayed and systematized in the Tang Dynasty's "Kaiyuan Ceremony", which is divided into crown clothes, court clothes, public clothes, and regular clothes according to their functions.




Crown costume: The crown dress was produced in the Western Zhou Dynasty, and with the revival of the Zhou rites, it was at the core of the Hanfu system from the Han Dynasty to the Ming Dynasty. The types of crown clothes in the Zhou Dynasty include the big fur crown, the gong [gǔn] crown, the 鷩 [bì] crown, the 毳 [cuì] crown, the 絺 crown, and the Xuan crown, which are worn according to the needs of different occasions.



戎服
Rong uniform: Rong uniform is part of the Zhou Li military salute. The military uniform prescribed by the Zhou rite was Wei Benfu, and it was changed to hakama pleats after the Wei and Jin dynasties.


Women's Hanfu system: The Son of Heaven has six crown clothes, and the corresponding Zhou rites also stipulate the six clothes of the queen, which is called the belief that yin and yang are combined into twelve. Neisi Costume Palm Queen's Six Clothes: 褘 [huī] clothes, 揄翟 [yú zhái], 阙翟 [quē zhái], 鞠 [jū] clothes, exhibition clothes, 褖 [tuàn] clothes, and Su Sha. The queen's six clothes are all robes, with a woman who is single-minded, has no virtue, and the five elements of the robe are born together, and the white silk is the inside.

Hanfu is an essential part of the etiquette culture of the Han people. The ceremonies of the Zhou rites are divided into five rites and eight outlines, and the five rites include: auspicious rites, fierce rites, guest rites, military rites, and jia rites; The eight outlines include: crown ceremony, wedding, funeral, sacrifice, village ceremony, shooting ceremony, pilgrimage ceremony, and dowry ceremony. Crowns and weddings are at the heart of the ceremony. The ritual is auspicious.
