Hold it and try to smile
Keep smiling until the muscles on either side of your mouth feel a slight pain, then relax

How to do it
How to do it
Stand or sit in front of a mirror, keeping your cheeks and mouth relaxed.
Slowly extend the corners of your mouth to the sides in a smiling gesture. Keep your mouth closed for 10 seconds.Continue to extend the smile, revealing a small part of the tooth, and hold for 10 seconds.
Extend your smile to show half of your teeth and hold for 10 seconds.
Smile completely, showing your teeth as much as you can, hold for 10 seconds.
Follow steps 4, 3, 2 until you completely retract your smile.

Purpose of the exercise
Why this exercise
A sincere smile can be seen by the eyes, and the purpose of this exercise is to smile with the eyes. When your smile can infect others, your smile is a sincere "Du Xiang smile".

Stand in front of the mirror and focus on your eyes. At this point, you can cover the lower part of your face with a white sheet of paper, leaving only your eyes exposed.Smile with your eyes and hold for 10 seconds.
When you feel your eyes smiling, remember the sensation, as well as the exertion of your muscles.Repeat the exercise 3 times.
